At Hansen’s Beard Company, we want you to love your beard and the products you use on it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Due to hygiene and cosmetic safety, opened beard oils cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us with a photo and your order number. We will replace or refund the product at no extra cost.
Process:
Email us at support@hansensbeard.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective.
